The gist

Is Candy AI safe? For watching the Shorts, yes, with habits attached. Candy.ai is run by EverAI Ltd. of Malta, the charge shows as "EverAI" on your statement, you can cancel in settings, and refunds are generally not available. The danger sits outside the platform: fake APKs, clone sites and forms that want a card to verify your age. Stay on candy.ai, and use the free episodes to judge it first.

Is Candy AI safe? Who runs it

Candy.ai and candyshorts.com are operated by EverAI Ltd. of Santa Venera, Malta, company number C107181, according to the terms of candy.ai and candyshorts.com (checked October 7, 2026). The minimum age is 18, and the terms state that all content is AI-generated and that stories and characters are fictional. A named, registered operator is the first box to tick on any adult platform, and Candy.ai ticks it.

Is Candy AI legit? Billing, refunds and canceling

Payments are processed on Candy.ai, and the charge shows as "EverAI" on your bank statement, per the plan page we checked on October 6, 2026. Search your statement for that name, not for Candy. Plans renew automatically at the same price and term, and you can cancel in settings at any time, with access running to the end of the period you paid for. Refunds are generally not available: a discretionary one is possible only within 24 hours of payment, before streaming any media, on card payments. The rules in full, with the plan prices, sit on Candy AI pricing.

What Candy.ai says about minors and likenesses

Candy.ai's policy on minors, revision October 10, 2025, commits to AI content that "does not bear any resemblance to minors", backed by moderation controls and an age gate at entry. Its content removal policy covers likenesses: a known person who gives explicit consent can have a digital version. That is why the creator series feature licensed AI likenesses, and why the performer did not perform in them. On our side, we feature adult characters only, and series that allude to minors stay off this site.

Candy AI Trustpilot and other reviews: what to look for

When you read Candy AI Trustpilot reviews for safety, hunt for three things: a charge the writer did not expect, which often traces back to automatic renewal; a refund request, which the terms treat as discretionary; and a statement line that says EverAI, the operator's name. Dates matter, and star scores move, so we quote none. Our own view comes from a Premium test of the Shorts, described on the review page.

The Candy AI scams to avoid: APKs, clones, card forms and Telegram

Most of the traps sit around the product rather than in it. These are the four patterns to know:

  • Fake APKs: Candy.ai lists no app in the App Store or Google Play and offers no official APK (checked September 23, 2026), so a file posing as the app is not the operator's. The app page shows the real way onto your phone.
  • Clone sites: look-alike pages that borrow the Candy.ai name. Check that the address bar says candy.ai before you type a card number.
  • Card forms for "age verification": a free sign-up has no use for your card, so a form that asks for one is harvesting it.
  • Telegram groups and bots selling episodes: Candy.ai's own community lives on Discord and X, and Telegram is not on that list.

None of this makes the platform itself a scam; it makes the copies and look-alikes the thing to avoid. The free route keeps you on the official pages. Episode 1 opens for any guest, and episode 2 waits behind a free Candy.ai sign-up. If a page promises leaks or the full catalog at no cost, our where-to-watch page explains what it is really selling.

How we stay independent

This site is independent of Candy.ai and EverAI: they do not run it, and we do not speak for them. We earn a commission when a reader subscribes through our links to Candy.ai, which is why the claims on this page come from the operator's own pages and carry a date. How the commission works is on How we earn, and the people behind the site are on Who we are.

Asked and answered

Is Candy AI real?

Yes. Candy.ai is a live platform run by EverAI Ltd. of Malta, and its Shorts played for us on October 6, 2026. The characters are AI, though: all content is AI-generated and fictional, and creator series use licensed AI likenesses.

Is Candy AI trustworthy?

On the points we checked, yes: a named company, a charge that shows as EverAI, cancel-any-time settings and published refund terms. We did not review its privacy practices, so read its privacy notice before sharing personal details.

Is Candy AI a scam?

No, on what we checked: a registered operator, a billing name you can look up, and published refund and cancellation terms. The scams are the copies around it: fake APKs, clone sites, card forms and Telegram groups.

Is Candy AI banned?

Not as of October 6, 2026: Candy.ai was online and its Shorts played for a guest. As of September 23, 2026 it had no App Store or Google Play listing and ran as a web app instead. The minimum age is 18.

Is it safe to pay for Candy AI?

Pay only on candy.ai. The charge appears as EverAI, plans renew automatically and refunds are generally not available, so read the plan and price on the checkout screen first. A card request on any other domain is a red flag.

What shows on my bank statement?

EverAI, per the Candy.ai plan page checked on October 6, 2026. That is the operator's name rather than the brand, so look for EverAI on your statement, not for Candy.
